Reconnect with earth, water, and air through nature-immersed yoga, body-based coaching, and restorative experiences that bring you back to yourself.

Slow down. Spend time in nature. Come back to yourself.

Where Nature Becomes Your Path to Wellness

Ovalsand Yoga & Wellness offers yoga, mindfulness, wellness coaching, and nature-immersed experiences that invite people to slow down, spend time outdoors, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Based in West Marin, California, many of these experiences take place along the serene waters of Tomales Bay and throughout the breathtaking landscapes of Point Reyes National Seashore.

Many people arrive here during demanding seasons of life — carrying responsibility, navigating change, or simply needing space to pause and listen to what their bodies and hearts are asking for.

Why This Work Matters Today

The world can feel fast and overwhelming.

Spending time in nature, moving the body, and practicing mindfulness helps the nervous system settle and creates space to breathe again.

When we care for ourselves with awareness and compassion, we begin to bring that same care into the world around us.

MEET Cecilia
YOUR GUIDE TO WELLNESS

Cecilia is an e-RYT 500 yoga instructor, Mayo Clinic-trained health and wellness coach, and certified mindfulness guide and mentor based on the West Marin  coast. Her coaching happens outside--walking, moving, breathing in nature--because she believes the body is where real change begins, nature is the greatest healer, and joy is something we're meant to return to, not earn.

the body. nature. joy.

Nature is the greatest healer.
Joy is our birthright.
This is where we begin.
